Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
In this case, a full refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after receiving the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Items that are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or when we made an error.

However, once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times, delays, losses, or damages become the carrier’s responsibility.
If your order is delayed or if you encounter a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the details provided in your shipping confirmation.

We offer a 14-day “satisfied or refunded” guarantee starting from the delivery date.
This guarantee does not apply if:
